Dwikarya Pratama sees stable coal output for next year

East Kalimantan coal miner CV Dwikarya Pratama (DKP) said it would keep its coal production next year at around the same level of this year, which is 80,000 tons per month.
Presently the company sells its coal to China, India and Pakistan through traders. The company is also offering its production to any other interested buyers, the company?s official told Petromindo.com on Thursday.
The mine, which is owned by Sino International Mining Group, is located in Samboja, Kutai Kartanegara regency. Its coal has a CV of 4,400-5,100 kcal/kg (GAR) with total sulphur below 1.0%.
The mine has started production since mid 2011 with mineable reserve of around 5 million tons. The jetty port is located in Teluk Dalam, adjacent to low-rank coal producer PT Grace Coal.
