East Kalimantan business files law suit against Total Indonesia

East Kalimantan businessman H. Sappe has already filed a legal suit against oil and gas company PT Total Indonesia at the Balikpapan Court, the local Kaltim Post daily reported.
The paper quoted Sappe lawyer Yusuf Mustafa as saying that the lawsuit was made because Total had cancelled the final tender process for the development of the company's new office building.
