Ecosse appoints advisor to raise fund for Indonesian exploration

Ecosse Energy Corp., a Canadian company focusing on oil and gas exploration and production in Indonesia , announced that it has appointed Fox-Davies Capital Limited as a financial adviser.

"Fox-Davies will advise Ecosse Energy on its financing alternatives going forward including introducing Ecosse to potential equity investors in the UK, Europe and internationally in relation to Ecosse meeting its on-going exploration funding requirements on its two production sharing contracts in Indonesia" said Alan Morrison, President and CEO of Ecosse Energy Corp.

The company owns a 100% working interest in the Bengkulu PSC in Sumatra and 100% working interest in the Manokwari PSC in West Papua.

Both PSCs are currently in the exploration phase with both PSCs planning to drill onshore wells in 2012. (alex)
