Ecosse Energy expands Bengkulu PSC drilling program

Calgary-based Ecosse Energy Corp., a company focused on oil exploration and production in Indonesia, on Monday announced it is increasing its 2010 drilling program to 5 on-shore wells from the original planned 3 wells on its Bengkulu PSC in South Sumatra.
The Company also announced that it is conducting pre-tender evaluation of drilling contractors for the on-shore drilling program.
"Ongoing Geological and Geophysical work by the Company in Canada and Indonesia has confirmed two new onshore prospects that will increase our drilling program from three to five onshore wells for 2010," said Alan Morrison, President and CEO of Ecosse Energy Corp. "We are curently also evaluating our associated offshore acreage to firm up our drilling prospects for a future offshore driling campaign."
Ecosse Energy through its wholly owned subsidiary Endeavour Energy (Bengkulu) Pty Ltd. has a 100% working interest in the Bengkulu PSC.(alex)
