ECT, Synnex eyeing Indonesian market

ASX-listed Australian firm Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ECT) is announced Wednesday that it had executed a binding HoA with Hong Kong-based firm Synnex Holdings for a proposed 50/50 joint venture in Indonesia.
Synnex Holdings is a Hong Kong based private investment company with resource and infrastructure interests in Indonesia.
?The Coldry Cleancoat and Matmor Steel technologies will be positioned in a range of project opportunities by the JV to be named ?Environmental Clean Technologies Indonesia? (ECTI). A number of opportunities exist based on the vast coal and iron ore reserves of the region, including power generation, steel manufacturing and coal to oil projects that the joint venture will endeavor to capitalize on,? the company said.(denny)
