Edwin Hidayat appointed as Pertamina?s vice president commissioner

Edwin Hidayat Abdullah, Deputy for Energy, Logistics, Zone and Tourism at the Ministry of State Enterprises, has been appointed by Minister of State Enterprises Rini M Soemarno as vice president commissioner for state owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina (Persero).

The firm?s Board of Commissioners now consist of Tanri Abeng (President Commssioner), Edwin, Sahala Lumban Gaol (Commissioner), Suahasil Nazara (Commissioner) and Widhyawan Prawiraatmadja (Commissioner).

Edwin?s work experiences include director of business development at PT Global Perkasa Investindo in 2010, member of the audit committee of PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk in 2011 and commissioner of PT Gas Resources Indonesia.

He graduated from the Economy School of the Gajahmada University in Yogyakarta in 1995 and received a Master of Public Management degree from Lee Kuan Yew School of Government of the National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore; He once studied at McGill University, Montreal, Canada; Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University, USA; MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Sloan School of Management, Cambridge, USA
