Elnusa announces board composition

IDX-listed oil and gas service firm PT Elnusa Tbk announced the composition of Boards of Directors and Commissioners as approved during the firm?s shareholders meeting on Thursday.

The composition of the boards are as follows:

Board of Directors
1. Tolingul Anwar as President Director
2. Bambang Hermawan Kardono as Operation Director
3. Budhi Nugraha Pangaribuan as Business Development Director
4. Budi Rahardjo as Finance Director
5. Helmy Said as Human Resources & General Affairs Director cum Independent Director

Board of Comissioners
1. Syamsu Alam as President Commissioner
2. Budhi Himawan as Commissioner
3. Hadi Budi Yulianto as Commissioner
4. Rinaldi Firmansyah as Independent Commissioner
5. Pradana Ramadhian G as Independent Commissioner

The shareholders? meeting also decided to distribute as dividends Rp 75 billion or 30 percent of last year?s profit of Rp 375 billion. The dividends will be distributed in early June 2016.
