Elnusa appoints new business development director

PT Elnusa Tbk., the only Indonesian company providing an integrated concept of one-stop solutions for upstream oil and gas services, held an extraordinary shareholders? meeting in Jakarta on Wednesday to change the structure of its board of directors and to decide on the remuneration of directors and commissioners in the year 2012.

During the meeting, sharesholders agreed to replace Business Development Director Budi Setiawan with Tony Harisman Soetoro who is currently director of operation. Budi Setiawan had been temporarily discharged earlier due to his illness. The other members of board of directors and board of commissioners maintain their positions.

?With the current board of directors and commissioners, we?re optimistic that our target this year can be realized,? said Fajriyah Usman, the company?s Vice President and Corporate Secretary.

Its board of commissioners is chaired by Andri T. Hidayat, while Elia Massa Manik is still its president director.
