Elnusa gets $60m 3D seismic projects from Pertamina

PT Elnusa, an integrated upstream oil and gas services provider, will handle 3D land seismic projects at the parent company state oil, gas firm PT Pertamina in a contract worth about Rp 626.85 billion (1US$ = Rp 10, 260), Kompas reported on Monday.

?With such massive projects, we are optimistic we will be able to achieve our sales target of Rp 3.02 trillion by the end of this year,? Elnusa?s vice president/corporate secretary Agus Gunawan said in Jakarta on Sunday.

The geoscience works would be carried out at Pertamina?s several oil blocks including Rengas-Dengklok in Bekasi (worth Rp 347.55 billion), Karang Makmur in Jambi (Rp 105 billion), Suban-Siarak in South Sumatra (Rp 50.4 billion), Randugunting in East Java (Rp 67.2 billion) Bernai in South Sumatra (Rp 55.65 billion).

The company?s geoscience division is expected to contribute at least Rp 1.03 trillion to the company?s total revenues in 2009. (*)
