Elnusa sells stake in Patra Teknik

IDX-listed oil and gas service provider PT Elnusa has sold its stake in unit PT Patra Teknik to PT Pertamina Dana Ventura for Rp906 million.
As Elnusa is also a part of Pertamina?s group of companies, the transaction aims to create a better synergy among Pertamina units to support the state owned oil and gas firm?s long-term operation, a statement said.
Patra Teknik provides maintenance, engineering, procurement, construction, manufacturing and integrated EPC services. The deal was inked on Monday in Jakarta.
