Elnusa to list shares at JSX Feb

PT. Elnusa Tbk, a subsidiary of state oil, gas firm PT. Pertamina, plans to list 20 percent of its shares at the Jakarta Stock Exchange on February 4, 2008.

The company in its prospectus released Friday has yet disclosed the offering price.

Mandiri Sekuritas is the underwriter for the IPO, which offering period will start 25-29 January 2008.

According to the prospectus, 40 percent of the funds raised from the IPO would be used to procure capital goods and 20 percent to pay for the company?s debts.

The company has several units which deal with oil, gas-related services. The company also has interests Bangkanai PSC in Central Kalimantan and Ramba block in Sumatra. (alex)
