EMP receives $108m loan

Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX)-listed oil, gas firm PT.Energi Mega Persada (EMP) through its wholly owned vehicle Enviroco Company Limited has obtained US$108 million credit facility from PMA Management Limited, which acts as arranger and facility agent.
Bank of New York acts as Account Bank and Security Agent.
The company said the fund would be used to strengthen working capital.
EMP has interest in several blocks in Indonesia including Kangean PSC in East Java and Malacca Strait PSC in Central Sumatra. (alex)
