Energi Mega appoints new commissioner

IDX-listed upstream company PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk on Wednesday appointed Gita Rusmida Sjahrir as a new Commissioner of the company, replacing S. Zuhdi Pane, who has resigned from the post.

Energi Mega Investor Relations Manager Erwin Hidayat said following a company shareholders meeting that Didit Ratam has also resigned from his post as company director.

He said that the post left by Didit will be assumed by other member of the board of directors.

Energi Megas has operations spanning the Indonesian archipelago from the northern part of Sumatera, east Kalimantan, East Java to Mozambique, Africa. (*)
