Energi Mega obtains $90m loan

IDX-listed oil and gas firm PT Energi Mega Persada has obtained a US$90 million loan facility from Bank of New York Mellon, Singapore branch.
The company said in a statement obtained Tuesday that the lending facility was signed on December 5. The loan will be used for general corporate purposes.
The company added that it has put as collateral its entire ownership in subsidiaries PT Tunas Harapan Perkasa (THP), PT Imbang Tata Alam, RHI Corporation, as well as the subsidiaries of THP and RHI. Claims over oil and gas sales of THP and RHI have also been put as collateral.
