Energi Mega Persada secures $275m credit line

JSX-listed oil, gas firm PT.Energi Mega Persada said its subsidiary PT.Energi Mega Pratama Inc. has secured US$275 million credit facility from Credit Suisse First Boston, the company said in a report to the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
The company said credit facility agreement was signed in May 19, 2005.
The company said part of the loan would be used ro refinance its US$85 million credit and as working capital for its wholly owned subsidiary EMP Kangean Limited which operates Kangean gas block offshore East Java. (alex)
