Energi Mega plans a rights issue

IDX-listed PT Energi Mega Persada announced Monday its plan to issue new shares without pre-emptive rights.
The maximum number of the new shares issued are 4,058,411,000 shares (10 percent of the current outstanding shares), which will be issued at Rp 100/share, it said in a statement.
The new shares issued will be subscribed by PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia and will be listed on 15 April 2013 on the IDX.
The Non Pre emptive rights plan was previously approved in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders on December 20, 2012.
The company has certified oil and gas proven and probable reserves of 527 million barrels equivalent of oil as per 30 September 2012.
