Energy World appoints new executive director

ASX-listed Energy World Corporation Ltd. (EWC) announced on Monday the appointment of Graham Elliott as an Executive Director with immediate effect. He was previously an Alternate Director to Ian Jordan, an Executive Director and Company Secretary.

The company has primary gas and power operations located at Sengkang, South Sulawesi.

Elliott was educated at Princeton University (Engineering). While at Princeton, he served as the President of the Princeton American Society of Civil Engineering Student Chapter.

Elliott completed a Masters of Business Administration at Southampton University in June 2004. His previous work experience includes various internships between 1992 and 1996, at GEC Aistom in 1996, at Arup in 1997, and at Energy World lnternational Ltd. and Schlumberger between 1997 and 2001. Elliott joined EWC in 2001 and is responsible for matters relating to engineering and civil construction and for the development of new project opportunities throughout the Asia Pacific Region. He is the son of Stewart Elliott, EWC?s CEO and Managing Director.
