Energy World updates Sengkang power plant project

(22 June 2011)--Australia-listed firm Energy World Corporation Ltd announced Wednesday Further to our announcement issued on 28 January 2011, we are pleased to advise that formal documentation has been agreed between PT. Energi Sengkang, Standard Chartered Bank and Mizuho Bank, in connection with the USD 200M project finance for the 120MW expansion of the Sengkang Power Plant.
Subject to Conditions Precedent that are currently being auctioned, first drawdowns from the facility are expected to commence in July 2011. (end of release)
