EOR appoints new director

ASX-listed Enhanced Oil & Gas Recovery Limited (EOR) announced Monday that Troy Burns has joined the board of directors of the company following a casual appointment made by the directors.

The company said in a statement that Burns? appointment in an executive role has particular focus to progress the Wailawi Oil & Gas Project (in Indonesia) acquisition to completion consistent with the forward strategy of re-listing the company in compliance with chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX listing rules.

The statement said Burns is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a Principal of a dedicated Accounting and Financial Management Practice. With a wealth of business experience, Mr Burns manages a diverse portfolio of interests in technology, resources and industrials.
