The tender process for engineering, procurement, construction, and installation (EPCI) works of the GG field development project offered by PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Offshore North West Java (PHE ONWJ) is currently under commercial evaluation stage, company Public Relations Manager Sugeng Haryanto said.
He declined to disclose the tender participants, nor when the tender process would be completed. The company said late last year that the tender, participated by four bidders, was expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2013.
Sugeng said that the GG field development project is expected to be on stream in the fourth quarter of 2014, with maiden production of 30 mmscfd.
PHE ONWJ said in a tender announcement last year that the objective of the EPCI is to drain hydrocarbons from reservoir within Baturaja Formation with gas production rate of 31 mmscfd and 155 bcpd.
The contractor shall perform engineering, procurement, construction/fabrication, installation, hookup, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up assistance for EPCI that comprise onshore and offshore scope of work.
