Euro Asia maintains output at 30,000 tons per month

PT Euro Asia Exports & Industries (EAEI), a subsidiary of Indonesian diversified business group NG Group of Companies, will maintain production from its coal mine in Long Bagun, East Kalimantan at 30,000 tons per month this year. NG Group President Director, Biju N.G. told Petromindo.com on Tuesday.
The coal has gross calorific value of 6100-6300 kcal/kg.
EAEI was established in 1999 and has since been engaged in various industries, such as information technology, shipping, logging and coal mining.
In 2008, the firm acquired a 15,000 ha coal mine in Merak/Long Bagun, East Kalimantan. EAEI is keen to expand its coal business, focusing on joint venture schemes in South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan. In South Kalimantan, it is looking for joint venture partners who have coal deposits with GCV 5600-5800, while in East Kalimantan it eyes deposits with GCV of 6100-6300.
