EWC Secures POD for Sengkang Project

Australia-listed energy firm Energy World Corporation (EWC) announced that its subsidiary Equity Epic (Sengkang) Pty. Ltd, (EEES) has obtained an approval from oil and gas upstream regulator BPMIGAS for the plan of development (PoD) of the Walanga, Sampi Sampi, Bonge (WASAMBO) fields in the Sengkang PSC block in South Sulawesi.

The PoD was awarded to EEES, the operator of the block, on June 14, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The scope of work under the POD includes:
? Drilling of 6 (six) wells development consisting of 3 (three) weiks in the Walanga Field, 2 (two) wells in the Sampi Sampi Field and 1 (one) well in the Bonge Field.
? Development of the Central Processing Plant (CPP) and the metering station.
? Gathering Station development in every field (Walanga, Sampi Sampi and-Bonge).
? Installation of gathering trunk line that connects the station with the CPP
? Installation of flow lines from 6 (six) wells to the Gathering Station in every field.
? Installation of Gas Export Pipeline along the 19 km from the CPP to the Fiscal Metering Station.
