EWC to conduct seismic on S. Sulawesi block

ASX-listed energy firm Energy World Corporation plans to conduct seismic on onshore Sengkang PSC in South Sulawesi, a company?s tender announcement posted in media on Thursday says.
The announcement said that the company would undertake 350 line kilometers of high-density 2D seismic data starting the fourth quarter of 2007.
Energy Equity, which hold 100 percent interest in the block, is currently producing gas with output entirely supplied to its 95 percent-owned 138-MW power plant, which is located near the block.
The company is also planning to build mini LNG plant using gas from the block. (alex)
