Ex-Devon Energy workers demand larger pension payment

US oil company Devon Energy (formerly Santa Fe Energy Resources) still has a problem with is three ex-workers who claimed that the pension payment they received was much smaller than the minimum standard set by the regulation.
Karolis Rumaketti, one of the workers, who had worked for the company in Irian Jaya for 16 years, said that the pension he received only about Rp 14 million. ?It is not in line with the regulation. So I plan to sue the company to get fair treatment,? he added.
He, and his two friends Madju Simanjuntak and Anton Sopler have appointed Daniel Erray as their lawyer to help them sue the oil company. (*)
