Exploitasi Energi signs investment cooperation deal with KCH Energy

IDX-listed PT Exploitasi Energi Indonesia Tbk has signed an investment cooperation agreement with South Korea?s KCH Energy Co Ltd, which supplies coal for Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO).

The investment cooperation agreement was signed by Exploitasi Energi President Director Henry Sitanggang and KCH Energy Chairman Kim Chang Whi.

The deal should help to further strengthens Exploitasi Energi?s expansion drive in the international energy market, said Henry in a statement received by Petromindo.com Wednesday.

Henry added that with the new agreement, his company expected further increase in its coal export over the next 10 years.

Exploitasi Energy has begun exporting coal since 2012 to several Asian countries including Malaysia and China.
