ExxonMobil to ship 29 cargoes of LNG this year

American energy giant ExxonMobil Corp plans to ship 29 cargoes of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from its Arun LNG plant in Aceh this year, ExxonMobil Indonesia's vice president Maman Budiman has said.
He said that the firm shipped 34 cargoes of LNG plus delivered gas to an amount equivalent to five cargoes of LNG to Aceh-based fertilizer firm PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda.
Meanwhile, Elan Biantoro, spokesperson of oil and gas upstream sector regulator BPMIGAS, confirmed that Exxon a gas zone in the Alas Tua West well in Cepu Block in East Java.
He said the gas zone is "thick enough" but the agency has yet to receive reports from Exxon. (Godang)
