Ezion sets up joint ventures in Indonesia

SGX-listed Ezion Holdings Limited announced on Wednesday that Ezion Investments Pte Ltd and Teras Investments Pte Ltd, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company had respectively established the following 49 percent joint venture companies in Indonesia, namely PT Teras Marine Indonesia and PT Conquest Offshore Indonesia.

The principal activity of both firms are owning, chartering and operating of service rig.

The firm however did unveil its partners in each firm.

Ezion has two main business divisions that specialize in the development, ownership and chartering of strategic offshore assets and the provision of offshore marine logistics and support services to the offshore oil and gas industries.
