Falcon sets up Indonesian coal subsidiaries

Singapore Exchange-listed offshore marine oil, gas company Falcon Energy offshore marine oil, gas company announced on Tuesday formation of two Indonesian coal business units.
The company said that it has set up two subsidiaries namely PT Majujasa Sumber and PT Majujasa Tenaga in which it held 100 percent shares.
The main activities of the two units are coal mining and coal trading, the company reported. (alex)
