Falcon sets up Indonesian coal subsidiaries

Singapore Exchange Mainboard-listed offshore marine and oil & gas firm Falcon Energy Group Limited announced on Tuesday the formation of two Indonesian subsidiaries PT. Ganindo Sentosa Makmur and PT. Falindo Sukses Abadi.
Both companies, in which Falcon has 100 percent shares, will be engaged in coal trading, coal mining and other related activities.
