Favelle secured order from Pal Indonesia

Malaysia-based Favelle Favco Berhad has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Favelle Favco Cranes Sdn Bhd received in August an order for the supply of offshore crane from a consortium of PT Pal Indonesia and Offshore Oil Engineering Co., Ltd.

Favelle, which manufactures a full range of cranes including Offshore, Tower, Wharf and Crawler cranes, said in a media statement that the order will be delivered in mid 2013.

It added that the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Favelle for the financial year ending December 31, 2012 and beyond.

Comprising of 2 international brands, Favelle Favco and Kroll, the company is home of the largest hammerhead crane in the world, the Kroll K10,000 and the largest luffing tower crane in the world, the Favelle Favco M2480.
