Federal sells Indonesian unit

Singapore firm Federal International (2000) Pte reported on Tuesday that it had agreed to sell its entire 60 percent stake at Indonesian subsidiary PT Gasuma Federal Indonesia (GFI) to PT Yudistira Energy for US$7.84 million.
Yudistira Energy is an Indonesian company specializing in oil, gas related services.
GFI owns several oil, gas and electricity projects in Indonesia. (alex)
