FEED for Jambaran-Tiung Biru to be completed in April

The Front End Engineering Design (FEED) of the unitization project of Jambaran and Tiung Biru fields in Cepu block operated by ExxonMobil Cepu Limited (EMCL)and PT Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC) is projected to be completed in March or early April, according to a top official of PEPC.
PEPC?s President Director Amril Thaib Mandailing told Petromindo.com that currently the FEED has reached 80 percent completion.
PEPC has awarded the FEED contract worth US$6 million to the consortium of Indonesian firm PT Singgar Mulia and American firm Flour Daniels. The project will come onstream in the end of 2018 or in the first quarter of 2019 at the latest.
Tiung Biru field is located within Pertamina EP?s Cepu operations area which is adjacent to the Cepu giant oil and gas block jointly operated by ExxonMobil Cepu Limited (EMCL) and Pertamina EP Cepu (PEPC). The Jambaran gas field is located within the Cepu Block, which is operated by EMCL, a unit of ExxonMobil Indonesia. EMCL and Pertamina EP agreed in September 2012 to unitize both fields.
