FeNi Haltim repeats coal supply tender

PT FeNi Haltim, a subsidiary of IDX-listed mining firm PT Aneka Tambang (Antam), announced on Friday it was repeating the pre-qualification tender first held in late October for the supply of coal for a power plant.
The company said in the Friday tender announcement that the specifications of the required coal include calorific value of G CV (Ar) 3,900-4,200 kcal per kg. The company, however, did not say why the pre-qualification tender has to be repeated
The 2x35 MW coal-fired power plant will supply electricity for PT FeNi Haltim ferronickel processing plant in Maba District, East Halmahera Regency, North Maluku Province.
