FID for Banten FSU expected in late January

PT Energi Dian Kemala hopes to be able to complete the final investment decision (FID) for the floating storage unit (FSU) in Banten Province in late January.
"The FID is expected to be completed around late January,? Director of Energi Dian Kemala Joe Bunyamin told Petromindo.com over the weekend.
Joe said earlier that his company will commence construction of the FSU in the first quarter of this year. The FSU will be separated from the regasification unit, which will be built onshore, he said.
The planned FSU is designed with a capacity of 129,000 m3. Global engineering and construction firm Foster Wheeler has been appointed as the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractor for the project, he said.
