Fitch assigns Pertamina's USD1bn 2021 Notes 'BB+' Final Rating

Fitch Ratings-Singapore/Sydney/Jakarta-19 May 2011: Fitch Ratings has assigned PT Pertamina (Persero)'s (Pertamina, 'BB+'/Positive) USD1bn senior unsecured notes due 2021 a final rating of 'BB+'.
The assignment of the final rating follows a review of final documentation materially conforming to the draft documentation previously reviewed.
