Fitch rates PT PLN's notes final 'BB+'

Fitch Ratings-Jakarta/Sydney/Singapore-20 November 2011: Fitch Ratings has assigned a final rating of 'BB+' to PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN)'s USD1bn 10-year bond issued under its global medium term notes program.

This rating action follows the completion of the notes issue and receipt of documents conforming to information previously received. The final rating is the same as the expected rating assigned on 15 November 2011. (ends)
