Fitch Withdraws Expected Rating on DSSP Power Sumsel's Proposed Notes

(Fitch Ratings - Hong Kong - 14 August 2019)-- Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'B+(EXP)' expected rating with a Stable Outlook assigned to PT DSSP Power Sumsel's (Sumsel) proposed USD350 million notes due 2023. The expected rating was assigned on 28 August 2018. The notes would have been issued by Great Horizon Capital Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered financing vehicle, and guaranteed by Sumsel.
RATING RATIONALE
Fitch is withdrawing the expected rating as Sumsel's forthcoming debt issuance is no longer expected to convert to final rating.
