Five gas sales, purchase agreements signed

The entire gas agreements were dedicated to help meet domestic demand, said upstream oil and gas authority SKK Migas in a statement. SKK Migas Chief Amien Sunaryadi and Acting Director General of Oil and Gas I Gusti Nyoman Wiratmaja witnessed the signing ceremony.
SKK Migas said further in the statement that it was committed to increase gas supply at home. Since 2003, gas supply for the domestic market has been increasing at an annual rate of 9 percent, and in 2013, the volume of gas to meet domestic market exceeded the volume for export. The volume of gas committed for the domestic market this year reaches 4,403 bbtud, while volume allocated for export is 2,836 bbtud.
