Five gas sales purchase agreements to be signed today

Deputy chairman of the upstream oil and gas regulator, BP Migas Eddy Purwanto said in Jakarta on Monday that the gas supply contracts would be among others signed by Pertamina Gundih and PT Sumber Petrindo Perkasa with volume of 50 billion British thermal unit (BBTU) for 12 years at a price of US$2.7 per million British thermal unit (MMBTU)and price escalation 3 percent per year.
The other contracts include the one to be signed by Pertamina EP Western Java and Cikarang Listrindo with volume of about 62 BBTU for nine years at price of 3.35 per MMBTU and price escalation 3 percent per year.
Another one to be signed by Kodeco Energy and PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) for East Java, with volume of 20 to 30 BBTU for six years at price of between $3.00 to $3.38 per MMBTU and price escalation 3 percent per year.
Pertamina EP Western Java and PT PNR will also sign a contract on an indusrial in West Java, with volume of 2.4 BBTU for five years at price of $3.25 per MMBTU and price escalation 3 percent per year.
Pertamina EP Western Java and PT FSW is expected to sign a contract on an electricity firm in Cibitung, West Java, with volume of between 13 to 33 BBTU for five years at price of $3.25 per MMBTU and price escalation 3 percent per year.
Meanwhile, Head of agreement between will be made by Pertamina EP Makassar and PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali, with volume of between 30 to 40 BBTU for five years at price of $3.75 per MMBTU and price escalation 3 percent per year.
Head of agreement between PT Lapindo Brantas and PT Indogas with volume of between 2-3 BBTU for ten years at price $3.25 per MMBTU and price escalation 0.075 percent per year. (godang)
