Five oil gas contracts signed

Five gas sale and purchase agreements (PJBG) were signed during the 39th convention and exhibition of the Indonesian Petroleum Association (IPA) in Jakarta on Friday, May 22, 2015.

?All of the agreements are potential to contribute a total income of about US$ 2.266 billion or Rp 29.5 trillion for the contracts duration,? SKK Migas Chairman Amien Sunaryadi said on Friday.

The first agreement is the amandments III of PJBG between the production sharing contractor Santos (Sampang) Pty Ltd with PT Indonesia Power, with a total supply of 29 billion British thermal unit per day (BBTUD) for 10 years since 2009.

Second, the mandemen I of PJBG between CNOOC and PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi ONWJ for 2 years at a total supply of 1 BBTUD.

Third, PJBG between Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) and PT. Petrokimia Gresik at a supply of 85 BBTUD for 10 years.

Fourth, the amandment II of PJBG between HCML and PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara at a total supply of 20 BBTUD for 20 years.

The fifth, the amandment II of PJBG between HCML and PT. Inti Alasindo Enery at 40 BBTUD for 20 years.

He said that the gas use is in line with the energy and minenral resoruces ministerial regulation number 03/2010 on the use of natural gas for domestic market.
