Force majeure remains on Gunung Bayan's coal output

East Kalimamtan-based coal miner PT Gunung Bayan Pratamacoal said coal supplies for its customers remained under force majeure as it is still struggling to transport its coal.
Company operation director Hengki Wibowo said on Monday heavy flooding remained an obstacle for the company to transport its coal.
The company declared force majeur on its coal supplies to customers early this month.
The company, which exports its coal to Europe, Japan, Taiwan and Malaysia, is targeting to produce around 6 million tonnes of coal in 2007. (godang)
