Former minister Ida Bagus Sudjana dies

Ida Bagus Sudjana, former minister of energy and mineral resources, died from illness on August 18 at the army?s Gatot Soebroto Hospital in Jakarta.
Sudjana was admitted into the hospital for cancer treatment about two months ago. He died at 66.
The retired army lieutenant general served as minister of energy and mineral resources under then President Soeharto from March 1993 to March 1998. (*)
