Garda Tujuh appoints new director, one resigns

IDX-listed coal mining firm PT Garda Tujuh Buana Tbk appointed Jones Manulang as a new director, replacing Narinder Kumar who resigned from his post as director in the company.
Garda Tujuh said in a statement that a shareholders meeting on Monday approved the appointment of the new director.
The company said that Ratendra Kumar Srivastva retained his position as President Director, accompanied by two directors including Jones and Actavianus Wenas.
Meanwhile, President Commissioner of the company is held by Murari Lal Puri, and Pardeep Dhir as Commissioner, while Mastan Singh as Independent Commissioner.
The company operates coal concession in Bunyu Island, Bulungan, East Kalimantan which has coal reserves of 72.8 million tons with calorific value of 5,100 kcal/kg.
