Gas indication at Tambuku #1 exploration well, Madura JOB

Australian-listed company CityView Corporation Limited said Friday drilling of Tambuku #1 wildcat exploration well in Madura JOB, East Java had reached the depth of 5,888 feet out of the target depth of 10,461 feet and had drilled through a 5 feet section of limestone with 'good' gas indications.

Depending on the results of logging to be performed after drilling this section, the operator anticipates drill stem testing this zone, said the company. The formation being drilled at present is shale with limestone stringers.
