GE, Adidaya Bismawisesa sign contract

GE announced that its unit, GE Distributed Power and PT Adidaya Bismawisesa International signed on Thursday a contract to provide three units of GE Jenbacher Gas Engine for Galuh Mas Dynamic Garden City estate?s 10 MW Combined Cooling Heating and Power (CCHP) plant in Karawang.

The GE Jenbacher engines, which are of J620 type, will produce chilled water, heat and power for the Galuh Mas Dynamic Garden City estate.

The 10 MW power, 3000TR cooling and heating output presents a reference case for energy efficiency and conservation through what is called ?trigeneration? where gas fuel is converted into multiple types of energy to maximize consumption, GE said in a statement.
