Geo Energy sets up new Indonesian subsidiaries

SGX-listed coal mining firm Geo Energy Resources Limited has set up two new subsidiaries in Indonesia, namely PT Deli Global Oase and PT Geo Energy Trading.

The company said in a statement last week that the principal activity of each shall be e-commerce related business and coal trading, respectively.

Geo Energy operations are primarily located in Indonesia. It now owns major mining concessions and coal mines in East and South Kalimantan. The group is currently in the process of completing its acquisitions of mining concessions in South and East Kalimantan.
