State-owned PT Geodipa Energi said it expects to complete feasibility study of the Candradimuka geothermal prospect in Central Java next year.

President Director Riki F. Ibrahim told Petromindo.com Friday that if exploration drilling program which is scheduled for this year runs well, the feasibility study can be completed in 2018.

"If everything runs well we expect to complete the feasibility study at Candradimuka prospect by 2018," Riki said.

This year the company is planning to drill three slim holes at Candradimuka geothermal prospect up to 1,500 meters depth. The exploration drilling of three slim holes is aimed at determining the proven reserves of the prospect.
