Gidion Hasan named as new President Director of UT

Shareholders of IDX-listed heavy equipment company PT United Tractors Tbk (UT) appointed on Tuesday Gidion Hasan as the company?s new President Director, replacing Djoko Pranoto, who was appointed into the board of commissioners.
In a reshuffle at the company, which has been struggling with the impact of falling commodity prices, UT also appointed two other new directors: Idot Supriadi and Iwan Hadiantoro.
The shareholders meeting also approved a proposal to set aside Rp 2.76 trillion of last year?s Rp 5.6 trillion net profit.
