Golar LNG sells interest in Nusantara Regas Satu FSRU

Golar LNG Ltd said that it has entered into an agreement to sell ownership in the companies which own and operate the Nusantara Regas Satu floating storage and regasification unit (FSRU) to Golar LNG Partners LP for a price of US$385 million.
?The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of certain closing conditions,? the company said in a statement obtained by Petromindo.com late Monday.
The company expects to reinvest a significant part of the net proceeds received from the sale in new LNG carriers and FSRUs.
