Gold remains the argest contributor to Antam?s H1 revenue

State mining firm PT Aneka Tambang Tbk said in its quarterly report on Tuesday that gold became the largest contributor to the company?s revenue in the first semester, amounting to 46% of Antam?s total net sales or equal to Rp2.81 9 trillion.
Antam?s unaudited sales revenue recorded a 37% increase to Rp6.125 trillion on the back of the surge in the sales of gold and nickel ore.
It said that the company?s gold production in 1H13 represented 45% of the company?s 2013 gold production target of 2.8 ton (90,086 toz).
?Gold is the largest contributor to Antam?s total net sales in the first semester of 2013 with a 46% contribution,? the company said.
The company?s nickel ore production also increased by 50% compared to 1H12 to 6,073,964 wmt, which was comprised of 4,059,093 wmt of high grade nickel ore and 2,014,871 wmt of low grade nickel ore.
